The contents of the online shop, including trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video material are the property of Coura Sem Paredes and/or the brands it represents. You may not display, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or use the contents of the website for public and/or commercial purposes without prior express permission.
LIABILITY
The user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Paredes de Coura Town Council in the event of any claim or action brought by a third party.
The Municipality of Paredes de Coura does not guarantee that the website will be completely free of errors or interruptions. The user is responsible for ensuring that the equipment used to access the website has active anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall programmes.
In the event of breakdowns, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or interruptions in the operating system that may temporarily prevent access, browsing or the provision of services to users, Coura Sem Paredes will not be responsible for any damage that may result.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING
Online orders are made through the website courasemparedes.com, managed by the Paredes de Coura Town Council.
The terms and conditions set out here comply with the legislation on electronic commerce. If you do not agree to the conclusion of contracts for the purchase and sale of products by electronic means, you should not purchase the products available on the website.
ORDER
The user is provided with relevant information about the products, including photographs, a description of the item and the price including VAT.
To purchase a product, the user must click on the ‘Buy’ button and it will be added to the shopping basket. At the end of the purchase process, an e-mail will be sent to the user confirming that the order has been registered.
Coura Sem Paredes will not be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of processing the order due to error, insufficient data provided by the user or false identity.
PAYMENT
During checkout, the user will be asked to choose a payment method.
The Coura Sem Paredes online shop is secure, with data transmitted in SSL encrypted form. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before dispatch. Payment must be made within 48 hours of our delivery confirmation, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
PRICES
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at the final stage of the order. All orders are delivered by CTT and postage is calculated on the basis of the price list applied by CTT on the date of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Postage rates are applied per order. If you order more than one product, you will only pay for postage once.
Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed and stock availability has been checked. Paid orders will be processed the next working day. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail.
Mainland Portugal and Islands
Deliveries are made by CTT between 9am and 7pm on working days, within 1-2 working days of confirmation of payment and availability of the items. This deadline does not apply to the Azores and Madeira.
To collect the parcel, you need to make sure someone is at the address, as CTT does not have an appointment service.
Shipping outside Portugal
Our online shop offers standard delivery to Spain and France. For other countries, please contact us via e-mail or the contact form on the website. Orders will be delivered by CTT within 3-7 working days of confirmation of payment and availability of the items.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of confirmation of payment.
BILLING ADDRESS
By definition, the delivery address will be associated with the billing address. If you would like a different billing address, please use the form provided.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our customers' satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the product in good condition. Please contact us by e-mail before dispatch so that we can reserve the new item. These orders are subject to stock confirmation.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the product. Please contact us before sending the item.
Returns
To return an item, please ensure that the item and packaging are in good condition. Send a notice e-mail explaining the reason and indicating the method of reimbursement (bank transfer, or other means to be agreed). The return must be accompanied by the original invoice and sent to:

The cost of return postage is borne by the customer.
Upon receipt, we will validate the return by ensuring that the items are in the correct condition, with labels and packaging intact, and accompanied by the original invoice. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the amount to be returned (excluding postage) via bank transfer (up to 10 days).
Coura Sem Paredes reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
